A comprehensive 75-minute in-home evaluation focusing on functional safety and independence. We review your physical environment, mobility, and activities of daily living to provide targeted recommendations for rehabilitation, modifications, and equipment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or re-schedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failing to do so may result in a missed visit fee of no more than the cost of the booked service.
