Service Description
Please allow 1-2 hours for this service. This will be a review of your abilities and how your environment is supporting your ability to be independent. It will involve a review of you physical capacity and how this impacts your ability to function safely in ADL and IADL activities at home. It will include recommendations on rehabilitative strategies you can employ and compensatory techniques or equipment can support your lifestyle. Please note you will be provided with a teleconference link at the time of booking and this can be used for a virtual assessment if required.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failing to do so may result in a missed visit fee of no more than the cost of the booked service.
