Equipment and Support Surface Review

Service Description

This review is designed to identify any mechanical issues, spot worn out seating surfaces and to prevent skin injuries or other injuries that might be caused by broken or worn out or incorrectly adjusted components. This also gives the Occupational Therapist a chance to determine if the existing seating system is suitable for the clients current needs for mobility, postural support and protection from skin breakdown.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or re-schedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failing to do so may result in a missed visit fee of no more than the cost of the booked service.
